Thank you to all our users for their patience and assistance – the upgrade is mostly complete, although there are a few small things being fixed or enhanced.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you notice any issues. It is such a major upgrade and so complex that we do expect to be fixing things for a few days.

Two new Dell highly configured servers are now in place, and serving our new Knowledge Basket.
Software
We have implemented a SolrCloud. This means new search syntax – there are “Quick Search Tips” on each search screen. Please see the “Help with searching” topic under the help menu.
Website:
The Knowledge Basket Website has been redesigned using WordPress, for a much cleaner and simpler interface.
