The LegislationNZ database provides access to three important collections:
- The NZ Acts (unconsolidated), Regulations, Bills and SOPs and the ‘Shattering Statutes’. This part of the LegislationNZ database covers the period from 1987-2007, and is free to browse and to download on The Knowledge Basket.
LegislationNZ subscribers are able to search:
- Legislation
- Hansard
For current new Zealand legislation and for changes later than 2007, researchers should go to the New Zealand Legislation website, maintained and updated by the Parliamentary Counsel Office.
